The project’s overall design adopts a pristine white as the primary tone, complemented by natural wood hues and fresh tile-blue accents. This creates a space that is both crystal-clear and elegantly understated, where minimalist, vibrant-toned furniture harmonizes perfectly. The ambiance strikes a balance between dignified composure and lively efficiency, achieving a workplace aesthetic that is both professional and dynamic. The spatial layout and visual effects reflect ByteDance’s far-reaching vision as an internet giant, embodying its boundless ambition.

FAW-Volkswagen was established in 1991. It is a large-scale passenger car manufacturer jointly operated by China FAW Group Co., Ltd., Volkswagen AG, Audi Motor Co., Ltd. and Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. It is the first in my country. A modern passenger car manufacturer based on economic scale. After years of development, FAW-Volkswagen’s production capacity layout has covered Changchun in Northeast China, Chengdu in Southwest China, Foshan in South China, Qingdao in East China, and Tianjin in North China. It has more than 30 products from the three major brands of Volkswagen, Audi, and Jetta, and has become a mature domestic coverage of A, B, A, A full range of C- class passenger car manufacturers.

In 1988, FAW and Audi initiated their collaboration, ushering in a new era for the development of China’s automotive industry. In 2020, FAW-Audi Sales Co., Ltd. was established, continuing to lead the premium automotive market in China and delivering high-quality automotive lifestyles and service experiences to over 5 million Chinese users.
The project is located in the core area of Qianjiang New City CBD, Hangzhou, within the landmark Class-A office building Zhongtian·Qiantang Silver Center. Situated to the west of Qianjiang Financial City, it neighbors numerous Fortune 500 companies.

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) is located in Nansha, Guangzhou, the geometric center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is a school-running institution jointly established by Guangzhou University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Innovation, industrial upgrading and high-quality development.
Sephora founder, Dominique Mandonnaud, opened his first cosmetics store in Limoges, France in 1969. At that time, beauty products were only sold at department store counters, with no open, self-selection available. Under Mr. Mandonnaud’s design, his cosmetics store was not only a sales place, but also a free paradise where customers could visit, wander, and explore beauty. This sales model was quickly accepted and favored by customers. In 1994, the retail boutique was named Sephora, derived from the name of Moses’ wife in the Bible, a young woman combining beauty, wisdom, courage, and generosity, symbolizing elegance, joy, and freedom. This is extremely consistent with the fashionable and creative business philosophy of the store.
Sephora, as a world-renowned cosmetics retail brand, joined the global luxury giant Moet Hennessy – Louis Vuitton (LVMH) in 1997. Currently, Sephora has thousands of cosmetics retail boutiques worldwide.
Sephora’s office space reflects its pursuit of perfection and innovation, aligning with the LVMH Group’s goal of “experiencing the art of life through time-tested superb craftsmanship.”

Siemens AG (SIEMENS), founded by Werner von Siemens in 1847, is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. From more efficient and sustainable factories and resilient supply chains to smarter buildings and power grids, cleaner and more comfortable transportation systems, and advanced healthcare solutions, Siemens is committed to making technology purposeful and creating value for its customers.
This project is based on a novel ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) workplace concept model. On one hand, it aims to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction; on the other, it prioritizes employee health and well-being. Centered on fostering innovation, the design meets diverse needs such as corporate product development, brand differentiation, and employee physical and mental wellness. We delivered a sustainable and future-oriented smart office solution.
The overall spatial design emphasizes open collaboration and flexibility, creating a workspace that supports continuous corporate growth and attracts top talent. With its distinctive design, the project was awarded the Silver MUSE Design Award and LEED Gold Certification in April of this year.
