Heiwa Maternity Hospital is a Hong Kong-funded institution invested by the Hong Kong Kowloon Group, constructed in accordance with the standards of a top-tier (Class A Grade 3) hospital. The hospital covers an area of 28,000 square meters, with a total construction area of nearly 170,000 square meters, and is approved for 600 medical beds. It features six major clinical clusters: Gynecology, Obstetrics, Maternal & Child Healthcare, Pediatrics (including Neonatology), Reproductive Medicine, and a Health Check-up Center, complemented by a Postpartum Recovery Center. Supporting departments such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, ICU, and NICU are also established.
Design Philosophy:This project draws inspiration from Suzhou’s local culture and the specific needs of maternity and child health populations, adopting “Water” and “Flowers” as its core themes. Guided by the philosophy of “International Quality, Heartfelt Care,” the design utilizes standardized, modular products and prefabricated interior finishes. Through an integrated approach encompassing layout, color schemes, and furniture, it weaves refinement and elegance with warmth and vitality throughout the entire space. The result is a dynamic and exquisite internal environment, crafted to provide patients with a star-rated healthcare experience.
